This four part course, taught by Jane Pettigrew, traces the history of Afternoon Tea back to tea’s arrival in England in the 17th Century, and helps you understand the tradition of Afternoon Tea in British social life.

Join us to taste 4 teas from Mansimble tea estate in Kangra, Northern India. Ashlea Cromby will host the event and will tell how she and a friend started importing Mansimble tea to the UK to raise funds to support the estate through Covid and to help build a school for the children growing up on the estate. This is a very unusual and heart-warming story so do join us to find out more.
