Tim teaches our Tea, Science and Health Masterclass and has over 20 years experience in Tea, from laboratory based-analysis to factory production. Tim is the founder of Tea and Herbal Solutions, a consultancy advising regulatory, health and sustainability issues.

He is also a member of the Tea Advisory Panel, Chair of the British Standards Institute tea committee and project leader on the International Standards Organisation (ISO) Tea committee, helping to ensure tea can be produced, traded and consumed safely and to agreed standards.
